First time here..... Hellow R2R

I was wondering what are ideal Par values/numbers at top, mid & bottom for a mixed reef to include softies, LPS & SPS.

All this Par, light intensity & color talk is confusing to me. :) I would like advice & recommendations on a 12 hr lighting schedule from dusk to dawn with ramp-up & to include (colors, intensities & times).

I have a:
30 gal JBJ Nano
2 - Kessil A80 Tuna's.

Thank you so much!

It really depends on how old the tank is, how much nutrients, and what kind of corals you have. It could be good having 75 in the middle of the tank, it could be better to have 250. A tank of that depth may be hard to accommodate both. I have some acans shaded getting less then 50 par. The ones getting close to the top where the sps are can pinch or bleach.
