Help with red spot on my clownfish

Hi everyone. I just discovered this spot on my clownfish. She's eating well and acting normal. it's a round red spot near her stomach area. What could it be? Thank you for the help.

That looks like it could be an abscess. In the absence of any other symptoms, I wouldn't try to treat it, just watch it closely for now. Internal infections are difficult to treat, but now that this one has ruptured the skin, you could treat it with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic like neomycin or kanamycin.

You really shouldn't dose a display tank with antibiotics, it should be done in a hospital tank. Never dose kanaplex orally unless you properly calculate the dose (and that's tricky to do) otherwise, you can damage the fish's kidneys.
