I'm in the third stage of TTM and tomorrow's the 4th transfer, though tonight when I saw the QT the Royal Gramma was behaving strange, he's swimming around the QT, he was very shy prior to this moment, upon close inspection I can see some lf its scales on one side are either bruised or missing, I managed to take a pic and video, is he normal or does he has something wrong?

I would say something is wrong, although I'm not sure exactly what. Have you treated for flukes yet?

I did a 24 hour Pazipro treatment between TTM 2 - 3.

That's the only thing I have done, within this tank, I have a couple of Goby Firefish as well.
Today in the morning the whitish parts have diminish a little bit, but I guess that doesn't mean it's fine.

EDIT: Also, when fed, he is eating fine, seeking food through out the tank.

I would probably just keep an eye on it for now. Do you have any antibiotics handy (ex. Kanaplex) just in case it is needed?

@Humblefish thank you very much for all your help, I will get the antibiotic and observe, in case I see it's going for the worse, I will reply here for further instructions on how to use the med.

Should I worry that what this fish has, can transfer to the Goby Firefish as well?

It's possible, most SW diseases are transferable/waterborne. I just don't feel there's enough evidence yet to make an attempt at a diagnosis. Your best bet is to finish out TTM (and do a second round of Prazipro), and reevaluate his condition after that.

Thank you, I will do as suggested.
