Herbie method LOUD

So I purchased the h2overflow and stealth box and finally got it set up using the herbie method with a small trickle of water going into the emergency overflow, I do not know what the issue is but it is pretty loud I got the tornado effect on my main line I think that’s causing the issue but I don’t know how to fix it also the slight trickle is making some noise as well, Is there a simple fix to this problem? The tank is in my bedroom so I need I silent so I can sleep

Maybe main/full siphon is not completely purged of all air.
Sometimes more water, more than a trickle, going down secondary/emergency makes it quiter
