Can vouch for the liquid one if you can find it - Panacur BS - used 2ml of that in a 600L & them pulsating devils are no more,i only had a couple clove polps but they disappeared also. That one i used is only 5% fenbendazole concentration so you don't need a lot.

This one here might be close but its 10% - what i found was 5%

I used dead rock for my new build, and I recently bought a bunch of wild zoanthid rocks to add to the reef because they're on fresh live rock and will add lots of biodiversity. The rocks are in quarantine, and I don't want to use a harsh dip that will kill lots of microfauna.

The problem is the zoanthid rocks have lots of epitonium snails (aka wentletrap), which eat zoanthids. I need something that will kill just the snails.

I'm thinking of trying fenbendazole to kill the snails without killing all the other microfauna. But it's not clear to me whether it's the actual fendendazole that kills snails, or if it's one of the other additives. @twilliard, do you have a recommendation?

Yeah i wasn't too keen either,I brought mine & then left it in the cupboard for a month & went back to kalk paste smothering but that raises problems of it own.
I finally lost it & went ahead & glad i did - they are gone & not 1 has returned - 15 october i dosed it.
I have the same looking red goni as you have there & had no problems with them, birdsnest also no issues.
Tank like so:

37930613046_a8826f70bb_c.jpg

Did 2ml to 600L net of 5% so with that 10% solution you have you should be half that ratio.
Just filled up a 1 ml syringe x2 & sprayed it thru where they were.
I left everything as is except removed my carbon, skimmer left running, end of day 3 i put carbon back in & did a 20% water change .
They looked unhappy day 1-2-3-4 but were still in what looked like they could still bounce back but after around day 4 they really started melting away to nothing.
I had similiar amount to whats in your pics there of them.

I used panacur dog and cat wormer
Worked great
The one I used is 10% fenbendazole but there's another one that's 5 % which 2una used
I added 0.5 ml to about 300liters of tank water , kept skimmer running the whole time and did a 20 % water change after 3 full days and added carbon

Edit , gotta thank 2una for helping me and Twilliard for starting the whole tread off and helping us all :)

just read over the whole thread twice this past week,,very good read.
What is the best form of the Fenbenzole to use for digitate hydriods with the least amount of side effects to invert and any other lifeforms while treatment is being performed or residual effects after wards ?
powder form or liquid ?

I haven't noticed any side effects with the liquid dose i did 4 months ago.
Xenia was my target & that worked but is perhaps lower than what's needed for hydroids( i don't really know).
