Hey all!
I'm so excited to be here and so nervous about getting my build up and running. I've been lurking these forums for so long and have been slowly purchasing all of my equipment over the past 2 years. I've never attempted the saltwater hobby but after doing freshwater over 10 years ago, I decided it's time to dive in. I have a 75 gal tank that is currently aquascaped with just under 100lbs of live rock and ready for live sand and water. I am also running a 10 gal QT tank. My plan is to take my time, I want to give my tank plenty of time to do it's thing and plan on starting with 2 clowns in QT for 30-60 days. Eventually, I want to lightly stock the tank with other peaceful fish, LPS, and softies once my tank matures. I'm running a 30 gallon sump underneath with a skimmer, carbon/gfo reactor, and plan on running live rock and chaeto in the refugium.
I've done some research but there's just so much to wrap one's head around. I want to apologize in advance for all of the questions I will have, but hope to be able to help others in the future as I build my knowledge. Happy to be here!
