HH needs meat???

Anyone know what this guy is doing? Every morning I wake up it looks like his mouth is open. There are 3 heads but only 1 does it. The rest of the day it's totally fine.
I read somewhere that sometimes hammerheads like a piece of meat. Is this true? Is he hungry?
I give phyto/zoo plankton every 4 days.
I dont have any fish...inverts only

I cannot really see what the thing in the center is. Does it look like a mouth, exposed skeleton, or other?

Without fish in the tank I would try to feed something maybe every 2 to 3 days. 4 seems a bit long since they have no leftovers from fish feedings to grab. You can also feed frozen stuff like coral gumbo or cyclops. Not too much. Your inverts need a food source too.

It looks like her mouth. I hand feed mysis shrimp to my inverts every 4 days along with the phyto/zoo plankton.
