Getting back into the hobby after a 20 year absence.

Setting up a Red Sea Max Nano later this week with the intention of creating a mixed reef tank. Hopefully age and parenting have given me wisdom and patience.

So, hello! This seems like a pretty great community. I am looking forward to learning with you.

Welcome Chris, I’m from Albuquerque, no longer live there, but I got started in the hobby back in 1972. Clark’s pet store was the place that got me going. I think they are still open. Our plan is to move back someday as we still have family there.

Albuquerque has really grown on me. Clark's is definitely still around. Two locations now. I have been going to Southwest Reef Co for all of my gear so far. Clean, friendly, and knowledgeable.
