I love learning about reefs and coral biology, and this forum seems to be a great place to learn. Although I love saltwater aquariums and reef tanks, creating one is just not practical for me due to cost. But I've joined this forum anyway and I'm excited to learn more about coral reefs and general saltwater ecosystem biology.

And there's nothing wrong with that. I joined in 2019 and posted mabe 5 times between then and 2024. I got serious about relearning the hobby last February. I don't yet have a tank as well. Mine is due to launch in about 8 months. So yeah, just learn, learn, learn and when you are in a position to pull the trigger, you'll have a scary good knowledge base!
