High flow soft corals

What coral could I add to my sand bed that likes high flow and is a soft coral that won’t take out too many elements in my water considering it being an all anemone tank with one gsp rock?

Most soft corals like high flow. It helps them shed.

Get yourself a fuzzy Gorgonian coral they love higher flow.
