High Nickel

Just had an ICP back

Showing high level of nickel 5.15ug/l
But no other elevated metals
Any idea of what could cause it
And also how to reduce it

Not that I know of.
I may be wrong some someone please correct me
But if it was failing equipment would I have other metal readings in the high range
