Okay I’ll definitely do that. I’m going to leave it at this there’s many ways to do things in this hobby and many ways that work for different people. For me I add minerals to my top off water. Sorry to get sidetracked op!I don't want to take this thread off track. I would suggest posting a question about this in the reef chemistry forum. 100 nitrates won't bother a fish I've kept them in nitrates way over that, their all just fine. But a water change wont hurt.My Nitrates are really high at the moment and i’m going to get my first fish tomorrow because my tank is fully cycled and i’m wondering if some tap water conditioner will solve the problem
