Hippo tang infection?

A little about my dory. Got her in December a day after she flew in from the Philippines. Two days after that she had ich. She was in qt right way did 30 days copper. A week of prazipro and 3 doses of kanaplex. Looked amazing. Was in qt with some others for 2 months. Now it’s March and once abs a while she has these like dark blue blotches on her sides. They have come and gone. Now she’s showing some signs of what I think is bacterial issues? I put whites on. Tried to take pics. She hates the whites and the camera

No matter the lighting I can’t show it. She’s not flashing eating well. All the other fish look pristine. I’m also running uv. Water parameters
1.026 Hanna. Nitrates 5ppm pho’s .03 water is crystal clear

Should I somehow get her out. Fresh water dip. Prazipro. General cure. Furan 2 kanaplex. Those are my options as I’m in Canada. Thanks

The last info. She used to wedge herself in a rock at night I moved that rock and now she has a new one. I know there maybe some injuries from that as well but I still think some bacteria.

I have a cycled qt tank going. But does she need it? What meds if any?

She has been in chemi pure elite for 2 months. Is that long enough to cause some hlle? Maybe she has that and a fungal?

Really rare disease called black ich this is not HLLE or fungal but here is my question are the spots small and black or big and black. If any of your other fish are sick black ich takes awhile to show up.

Sorry - I looked at this post twice yesterday and nothing is coming to mind. I try to avoid wild guess with other people's fish (grin).

I don't think it is self-induced injuries. Young hepatus tangs live in acropora coral branches, they aren't likely to be injured that way.

I don't think it is HLLE, and I've not had reports of Chemi pure elite causing it (I use that myself).

It isn't turbellarians (black spot disease). It could be a bacterial disease, so the Furan-2 wouldn't be a bad thing to try if you have a treatment tank.

Every other fish is doing amazing no issues. They all did 30 days copper prazipro and observation. Only my hippo has showed any signs of issues since day 1. I will keep her in prazipro in the display to finish that treatment than hopefully catch her and her and try what jay suggested

My Other fish look amazing. No other fish have showed any issues since day 1 through qt or observation. Just my dory. Funny thing is. She’s doing ok. Doesn’t flash eats like a pig

I would just observe it for how. If you happen to get a good close-up photo you could post it, maybe that would give me additional clues?

Her eyes are a tad cloudy today she has white bumps on her fins. Not like ich she looks terrible

I think she needs to be isolated and treated dosed prazipro on Sunday. Only looks worse

Ok, let me know if you see any flukes drop off after the dip. I can see HLLE in this picture, tell me again, how long did it take for these to develop?

I haven’t seen any flukes yet. She has had this before but mildly. Than it goes away. This time ok so she had her fav rock. It was covered in Xenia. So I removed it. Days after the change she looked like this. She was exposed to chemi pure elite for 2 months. No other carbon sources. Darn it @Jay Hemdal what do you think of the open wounds ?
