@juicemanatx Do the dark spots ever move on the fish? Turbellarians should slowly crawl over the fish's skin.

A definitive way to tell would be to do a FW dip. Some (but not all) would dislodge after 5 mins in FW.

@juicemanatx What I'm seeing now (in your most recent photos) looks more like a bacterial infection than black ich. I would treat with one of the following:
Whichever one you choose, make sure to treat for at least 10-14 consecutive days.

Hey Juice - so I am running into the same exact thing with my hippo in coppersafe. What do you think it ended up being? Skin reaction to copper?

For me. I had severely overdosed the copper since I was reading the test wrong. So yes, it was a reaction
