How big of pump of 2 nozzles ?

Is 1 pump enough? Hey everyone, Iam completely new to the forum and aquariums and wish to ask for some help and advice with my freshwater tank (est 150g 85x24x18 without holes drilled YET) . I'd like to drill 3 hole- 1" bulkheads for bean animal setup in a internal overflow box (I hope that's accurate) I'd like this over flow to be on the back panel center with a 3500gph skimmer overflow box. My goal is to have 2 nozzles for returns placed in opposing corners for a swirling type current. I feel like my sump is a little undersized thought around 30 gallon maybe ‍‍I guess a few of the questions I'm having are kinda open ended .... If anyone here can offer some help advice to trying achieving something like this.
