My scopas tang just passed away from ich. Now I noticed two of my other fish are having the white spots and I want to catch it before it gets worse. I know copper is an option but I don’t want to kill my coral. Any tips?

There are ton of threads on here about setting up a QT tank. And treating fish. Unfortunately there is no in tank method that is safe for coral or inverts.
your other option is to try and do ich management which is reduce stress and feed nutritious food
