How do I stop receiving emails?

I went to my account/account details and unselected all the email boxes but I still get email notifications when someone posts on a watched thread. I love the site but I have important emails that I need to see and sometimes I am missing them because out of 30 emails in a day, 28 are from this site.

You could create an email account strictly for this site that all r2r emails go to.

I have a spam email account that I only use to sign up for contests and giveaways, that way my actual email address stays uncluttered.

And if it's just your watched threads, go here: https://www.reef2reef.com/watched/threads
And use the button on the top right, "manage watched threads". You can disable the email notifications there for previously watched threads.
