What is your preferred method/supplement to dose?

I currently am dosing All for reef in my small tank. I plan to use ESV 2 part and Kalk for the build I am currently working on.

My ATO contains 24 hrs of replacement water so I put my AFR in the ATO.
I manually dose NeoNitro, Microbactor7 and Ammonium Chloride based on the chemistry values. I am aware there's no test to determine the benefits or effects of dosing Microbactor7.

Daily. But I have a pico and a nano, no fish in the pico and 2 small fish in the nano. Nitrate and phosphate run extremely low. The pico has 3 clams so basically I am feeding my corals, clams and anemones.

I was dosing kalk 24/7 with a continuous pump and some DIY magnesium every night. However, I just switched over to AFR dosed in 3 installments throughout the day. It is cleaner, simpler, and takes up alot less space in my cabinet. It will also allow me to be away from the tank longer than I could with the 3-gal kalk container I was using.

How big is your tank? I would LOVE to stick with A4R since its so easy and its done very well for me. I am concerned it wont be able to keep up with a 220g SPS tank.

I have actually, yes. Most of that is anecdotal mind you, but my sticks have been looking a lot healthier generally in terms of depth of color and polyp extention.

It's a 120. Not a lot of sps, but the 3 clams are eating me out of house and home. The bigger derasa seemed to about double the alk/ca needs.

Yes the sweeps are excellent for random flow. The Tunze 6255's are very strong. Only running them at 20%. They will be needed when the system grows in in a couple years and the Stags are at the surface.
Current tank is 59×30×21.
My standard 120 needed 6 powerheads to get the flow the system needed.

Dose Randy's DIY two part using BRS 1.1 dosing pumps that dose at three different times per day.
