How fast to adjust lighting settings

I recently borrowed a PAR meter and found my reading to be much lower than I had hoped, so I am looking to make adjustments and retest. Would adjusting the power on an individual color on my AI 26HDs by 5% every couple days be too fast of an adjustment?

I'm pretty sure you can use the acclimation mode on the AI app for this.

I would use caution raising lights. Too much par is not always obvious. Growth just stops they do not always bleach out. It's much better to have less par than to much. Weekly steps of 25% of the total increase would be more than enough for raising intensity
