How long does it normally take to receive results after being mailed in, creating an account and registering a bar code?

7 to 11 days for me using priority 2 day mail to get it to California. So 5 to 9 days after they receive it.

I sent mine in on Aug 13th and was delivered on the 16th. I still haven't heard anything.

Edit: I had the old style package with the card and no barcode. So, that may factor into things.

I usually FedEx mine from Dubai to Germany and have the results within a week of sending them.
