Hi everyone recently set up my own live phyto culture. I have it set up in my fish room with my frag tanks. I have an old plant led on it and was wondering how many hours a day should I keep it on. One of my friends told me to keep it on 24/7 If possible but idk if that light will mess with the fish on my frag tanks. Read several posts about it only being on 10-12 hours other people have it on for 16. I was just curious what the best option would be. Thanks :)

I have heard 16 from the phyto breeder I got mine from. I have left mine on all day for several days and haven't noticed anything bad.
