This is size dependent. This could easily be 2 cubes too if the are bigger

also depends on what you use for your export methods (skimmer, refugium, etc.) and the amount of live rock and corals. I feed a 2 full cube in my 90 with no issues. What doesn't get eaten by fish or coral will either be taken up by macro algae, bacteria, skimmer, or CUC.

Your tangs are omnivores. They need their veggies. The mysis is a pretty good source of fats and proteins, but if there isn't a sufficient supply of algae for them to graze on, their health could be impacted if you don't supplement their diet with nori or some other source of vegetation. I personally use several different frozen foods and mix it up a bit. I've found that a varied diet keeps everyone fat and sassy.

I would do one cube twice a day. I rotate eggs, mysis, krill, and plankton. All San Francisco brand. If the naso is eating what everyone else is, I would think it could possibly eat a half cube by itself. Then regularly feed nori for the tangs.

I can pretty much tell if my fish are getting enough by their growth, but more so if they look plump. My yellow tang looks decently thick through the mid section.

I buy several kinds of frozen foods..

Here is what I do:
In a 1/2 pint mason jar (8oz) I thaw 2 cubes each of the "Saltwater multi pack" frozen food. This includes, Mysis, Brine, Emerald (veggies) and plankton. To this I add 2 cubes each of mysis, and brine, and a good fat tablespoon of dried flakes, and cover with enough tank water to submerge everything. I feed the tanks a scant tablespoon or so once a day (less for the small tank). Pretty much what the fish will consume in a few minutes. The rest goes in the fridge. One batch lasts me 4 or 5 days or so.

Outside of the actual quantity, I feel the fish should be fed at least twice a day. Most of these reef fish snack all day in the wild. They aren't like bigger fish that consume large meals less frequently.

If the only food Im putting in there is Mysis then I would do 2 cubes once a day. I have had a smaller naso that could eat 1 cube by himself easily.

Are you only feeding them mysis? (1 cube should be fine per day.)
