So I’m switching from phosguard to RowaPhos my phosphate are a little elevated But I’m not understanding the directions. I’m going to run it on my 45g reef tank and inside of a reactor. I believe my phosphate is at .25

It’s a bit of a balancing act and when you start you don’t want to reduce the phosphate to quickly especially if you have corals as they may have adjusted to the elevated levels.

The pack size tells you what volume of water it will remove phosphate from or here

I would maybe start with 25-50 grams and see what happens but you need to change it when it’s spent or it won’t reduce levels and this will be frequent changes when you start. Then increase the amount used as the system adapts which will mean less frequent changes. I use 300-500grams (in around 175gallons) and change it every 3-4 weeks. A good phosphate target is very low at around 0.03ppm
