Looking good. It looks like you ended up with a lot of new stuff!

I figured I might as well upgrade as much as possible within reason. The new tank is a custom acrylic 150 48" long 30" deep 24" tall. All I need now is a calc reactor.

I replaced a closed loop pump and tightened one of the pvc fittings too much. Sometime during the night it developed a crack and pumped out about 85 gallons of water.
I guess I'm grateful it was a work day and I get up at 4:30 am. Otherwise it would have kept pumping another couple hours.

I would recommend a water sensor that can turn off some critical pumps that would make things worse when it detects water.
