I've got one that I'm trying to grow out rather quickly, so I feed it mysis whenever it will take it. That happens to be about every to every other day.

With all the every other day feeding, do you guys notice any red slime flair ups?

I would suggest feeding no more than 1 or 2 times per week. Good water chemistry is way more important. An overfeeding schedule as some suggest may lead to excess pollution. A healthy chalice should grow well even if you never fed it directly.

I was wondering... is frequent feeding directly related to faster growth? I'm talking... once per week vs once every other day, for example. Sometimes my LPS seem to spit the food back out after they "nibble" on it.
