how to attach pic to pm.

does any one know how to?
I try to attach pic in pm, but it does not seem to work. it does not show an attachment in text, and when u submit it that text changes into actual pic.
I go for an IMAGE button in message board, pop up a window that required URL, copy and paste that from my photobucket, then hit ok. no thing shows...
i am stuck...
 
You can use photobucket to upload your pics online, then link the pics to here.
If you use tapatalk for smart phone/ipad, the pic attachment has been taken away for some reason.

. I did linked pic from my photo bucket to private message but it didn't show anything. And yes, somehow, an attachment button is gone. But it's still there when making a new post. ..
