Perhaps there is a filter applied in the output view somehow? If you click on the Outlet icon at the upper left you should see the following screen. If it is only showing you a few things, there may be a filter applied. Look at the spots in the screenshot I've circled. Those represent things you can click on to view/change view:
Do you see ALL outlets (1-8) when you change the view?

This is all it shows? The easiest way is to go into the System View where you can click on each module to expand it to reveal the names of each output, and from there you can click an output to configure it and rename it.
- Click the Advanced (gear icon) at the top of the Fusion dashboard to expand the list of icons
- Click the System View icon:
- In the System View, click your EB832 to reveal all of its outputs. Click the gear icon on each one to get to its settings:
- Once in the Output Configuration window, you can rename it, and set the Control Type to "Light", then fill in the time values:

You need to update the EB832 software. From the System View, click the gear on the EB832 itself. Then in the EB832 Configuration screen, select Update Software from the Action dropdown list, then click the orange cloud icon at the top to save the changes. After the update, all the outputs will appear properly. This is all it shows?

This normally isn't necessary, but any time outputs appear missing, the software update usually resolves the problem. That worked! Apex should be telling you to do this first...thanks for your help
I think i found my answer and ive got it plugged into ethernet when it should be plugged to the usb.The DC8 is not compatible with the current model Apex or Apex-EL. Only AquaBus and 1Link connected modules are supported.
The ports you called RJ11 are actually RJ45 ports, and they’re used to provide 0-10v variable power to control certain pumps or lights:
See my Apex Hardware Overview article for the full list of compatible modules:

The DC8 is not compatible with the current model Apex or Apex-EL. It's only supported on the Apex Classic or older models that have the port labeled "Control".Any idea how to instal a very old direct contect 8 powebar to the apex el? Its connected via a phone cable (4pin) but not showing any outlets. Does the phone cable go in the in or out of the dc8?
Haha no. It's not a simple cable problem. It's far more complex than that.Would this make it work or still not?
Lol well ill have to put this dc8 up for sale then.Haha no. It's not a simple cable problem. It's far more complex than that.
