I picked up an acan from the lfs yesterday and when I got it home I noticed two zoanthid polyps on the body of the acan. They are quite stunning so I was wondering if anyone had a good way to safely separate the two as they would both probably benefit from a little room to breathe.

Zoas grow like a mat. Should be able to peel it off. Wear eye protection
