How to upload video?

Can someone direct me how to down load a video pls

I couldn't figure it out either so I just put a video to YouTube and then put the link in my post

The only way I was able to figure it out was to first upload to YouTube and then upload here by clicking the film looking icon and entering the YouTube url there.

I had done it before with the old site but on this new site can't figure it out

Hi Rev hipe all is well. I'm working on it. I uploaded one on YouTube but it was not as clear as I wanted so I'm doing another. It will be up by tomorrow
