Hi good people I am wondering how ling per day you run your T5s for each day. I have a 90x45x45 currently and My schedule is as follows.
LEDs on at 0900 and ramp up to 80% max at 1300.
T5 on at 1330 and off at 1800.
Led at 1800 ramp down and are off at 2100.

this gives me PAR of around 360 top of rock and 200 on the sand. So max PAR for 4.5hours.

Are your T5 on for a similar length of time?

I run my T5 8 hrs a day and LED 12 hrs. Par is around 300 on the sand and 500 toward the top of the rock structure. Peak par is about 4 hours. Mostly have acropora.

i run my t5s for 5 hours. my leds run 10 hours (1 hour ramp up and down). i turn my led percentage down 50% during t5 hours though. it was way too much par with both on at the same time. its roughly the same par for 8 hours but with better coverage during the t5 hours. so im basically just swapping spectrums. have had good results with this

I have two T5 bulbs (Actinic and 50/50, both Reefbrite) and two LED bars (Reefbrite XHOs). My tank is a 40-gallon AIO, mixed reef. I run the T5s for five hours, 3PM to 8PM. Here is the schedule of the LEDs.

thanks for this. Do you have a par meter or know your PAR reading at peak? I have a sneeking suspicion that my lighting period may be to short or at least not enough intensity

Sand bed max around 120, top of my rock around 190 or so, IIRC. I have a Seneye, but haven't taken readings in a couple of years.

My schedule is very similar to yours. I run my T5 4 hours a day long with the LED at it's peak T5 shut down and the LEDs start ramping down as well.
