Hydra 26 HD Parent Broke

So I have a question to see if anyone knows what I can do. I have three Hydra 26 led's and the parent is dead. Stopped working and AI sent me a new LED today. The two child led's are still working and on the same program they were on with the parent LED. However the web nor my mobile myAI will not let me in to add or change my leds. Is there a way to get into my program that is still running on the child led's and either add my new led or keep my programming cycle and reset all the led's?

it will but I need to get in and copy my schedule settings and I cant seem to get in for some reason
