Hydra 26hds lighting program

Hello so I’ve had my 40g running for about 7months. I have 2 hydra 26hds lighting it. I am curious how low I can run my whites at and still get decent growth? Here is my current schedule

Some people (and even noteworthy companies like World Wide Corals) run straight blues on their systems and get great results. So, I'd say you don't HAVE to run whites at all. So, it is pretty much up to you how white you want your light. I know the old wisdom was white for growth and blue for color, but I think that has been at least somewhat debunked at this point.
