Hello, for a day now. I'm having a problem with one of my hydras 32HD.
I had a small power cut at home and when the power came back on one of my hydras was left with the blue and green light flashing on the power button. I'm not able to pair it again because when I reconnect it to the tank it asks me to update and the update fails. It never updates and goes beyond that point.
I always use MyAI, I've tried Mobius. And I have the same problem. I took it apart and it puts a little pressure on the central plate as I had seen in videos, I've also left the power button pressed when I connect it to the electricity so that it resets to factory settings.
I really can't think of anything else to do to solve this. The phone recognizes the light, because you can press identify and it makes 4 or 5 flashes of light. And the light can be turned on manually if I press the button it works. But it can't be connected to the mobile. I also tried with different phones and nothing.
I really don't know what to do to try to fix it. Has anyone had the same problem?
