Wrasse/Angelfish nut!
So has anyone actually tested Ruby Reef Hydroplex yet? I called and spoke with Ruby Reef today when asking about Rally and if it was safe to blend with Seachem’s prime. When talking with them they brought up HydroPlex and mentioned using it in a quarantine set up as a bath. I told him how I prefer to use the tank transfer method as my means of quarantine and with that set up he suggested using HydroPlex in the bath formulation for a few days in a row. Has anyone ever used Hydro Plex and then taking skin scrapings from Fish to see if Velvet/Ich as been eliminated with HydroPlex? I still plan on using my normal TTM method, but the Hydroplex does seem interesting. Unfortunately it’s a proprietary blend so I have no idea what’s in it.… And that makes me skeptical...
