Can a Copperband Butterfly and Coral Beauty survive hyposalanity at 1.009 for ich treatment for 4-6 weeks? Any idea on survivability through the treatment?

I have two 180 gallon tanks connected to same sump and filteration system and this is my current stocking list

Tank 1: 180 gallon
2 stripped blennies
Copperband butterfly
Chocolate tang
Blue throat trigger
Sergeant major
2 tomato clown
1 regular clown

Tank 2: 180 gallon
Powder blue tang
Sailfin tang
Hippo tang
Naso tang
Scopas tang
Copperband butterfly
Coral beauty
Coris wrasse
Orchid dotty back
2 designer clown
2 maron clown

The answer is yes
Often I suggest to go to 1.014 and gradually reduce daily assuring the tolerance of hypo with given fish

Copperbands are fine in hypo, if they are in good condition otherwise. I've seen a few cases of bloat in coral beauties during hypo, but nothing too terrible. Hypo really only needs to be done for 30 days, plus a couple of days at the front getting there, and then 5+ days at the end coming back out. If the fish have an active disease, you do not want to take too much time getting down to full hypo. here is a write up I did:

I have fish in my display in hyposalanity at 1.009 SG for last 20 days. I still have ich outbreak every now and then. I see ich go and come back every few days. Is it normal to have ich outbreak during hypo?

Typically not after 20 days of full hypo. Could you be seeing mucus plugs?

Both white spot and mucus plugs. Images attached. Two things to note my eye sights is not that great so i use a digital refrectometer from Milwaukee. It gives only accuracy of 3 decimal places so when i get 1.009 it may be it is also 1.0099 that is close to 1.010. So i am thinking in of dropping salanity to 1.008 which could mean i am 1.0089 ~1.009. Thats the only way i would be sure i am atleast 1.009. I say that bcoz i keept salanity for several days at 1.010 ~ 1.011 initally for a few days and the ich wouldn't burge. I went down to 1.009 and it started to clear. So may be i am still near to 1.010. Second i added a new aquacultured yellow tang from a reliable source that cause a mini aggression. Not sure if that fish bought something or just the stress from the addition caused a outbreak. The idea was since that tang was from a reliable source and they had it for 6 month in the same display at the store it would not have anything other than ich or flukes. So since i was doing hypo i thought it would be a good plan as it would undergo hypo as well and i would not add any fish beyond that point. Thus eliminating the risk of introducing ich once again.

The Scopas has mucus plugs. The PBT could have ich, but the raised bumps are not that.
