Take it offline and place it upside down between your knees to hold the head and use a canister wrench on the body. Or place on ground with foot on head and use canister wrench on canister body.
When reassembling, use molykote 111 on the oring and only tighten enough to stop water from escaping.

I have the wrench and I tried hitting it and it doesnt budge. Is the answer hit it harder?

I was trying to avoid unmounting it

If this is a BRS reactor I’ve been having issues also and have broken wrenches and mounting screws they gladly replaced the unit but seems it doesn’t seal 100% allowing salt creep to form in the threads and make it almost impossible to unscrew

hit the gym

Or is there any chance to warm that part up? In hot water or soak in citric? Idk what I’m looking at but sounds like that’s not an option

you may have to get western with it. apply a little BFI... Brute Force and Ignorance. Just be careful it isn't too much BFI. Unmounting it and using a strap wrench, vice, something similar on the upper housing to hold it where it won't spin or break the mounting screws. Then you can get a little rougher with the canister wrench, even tap it(the wrench) with a hammer without having to worry as much about cracking/breaking the fixture. Molykote 111 is good, superlube is good too once you get it apart and before you put it back together so you can avoid having to do this again.

Is it free floating or mounted to something? If you had a metal canister wrench i would whack it harder but plastic ones you risk breaking. If its mounted to something solid and very well then i would just try to shock it harder. I wouldnt want to rip out the mounting screws if it is mounted though.

First thing make sure there’s no pressure, another words if there’s any valves open them.
Try a hair dryer to heat it up a bit around where the threads are, should do the trick

Well, if you can unmount it and i’ve used all 4 limbs for stuck canisters before. Hope whatever you try works

I just moved it a fraction of an inch using a hammer. I kept on beating it and it hasnt moved since. I think I am going to have to unmount it and try to get a little silicon grease in there.

If you do unmount it, try running really hot water over the threads and for a period of time on the head under a faucet to clear out any salt creep debris and it might help expand the female portion of the threads to help loosen it up more.

If you have a vice though that would be my first go to.
