I don't think this is what I ordered????

I placed an order with Live Aquaria and got everything today except for one unidentified object. What I ordered was a Spiny Cup Pectinia as pic'd below:

What I received was this - not great pics but wanted to give you an idea of the size. What is this???

Any ideas???

Looks like frogspawn maybe? It's hard to tell because it's not fully opened, but I would guess either frogspawn or a torch

Looks like they shipped you the wrong coral/bag! I'm betting the guy who ordered that Frogspawn, got your Pectina.

A few years ago, I remember someone ordered a epaulette shark pair, and got one shark and one trigger. Obviously, call them and they'll refund.

I agree definatly looks like a Two headed frogspawn.I would contact liveaquaria back and say you have received the wrong order they will probably refund you.Although I really like the Frogspawn coral.

Given the nature of the situation and liveaquaria's stellar reputation, I suspect I know the answer. But, it would be good to hear firsthand.

For sure....LiveAquaria has the BEST customer service out of any vendor I have ever dealt with. No hoops, pics or any of that jazz, just call and tell them your story and they will take care of you

I bet your order came from cali.. They screw up there. I will not order any stuff from them that comes from cali. anymore. I have never had issues with the stuff out of WI but have had issues with thier cali facility. Their shipping dept stinks in cali.

sorry everyone - I haven't been on the forum in a long time. Lost job, house for sale, moving to TN, yada yahda yada. Anyway, the coral was promptly refunded - no questions asked. The have excellent customer service so I was never concerned. Mix-ups happen. Sorry to leave everyone hanging....
