We need details about your setup. Substrate, equipment, size, livestock etc... You definitely have some nutrient issues

Tank size, amount of fish, feeding schedule, did you use live or dry rock, how old is the tank, do you have kids, what kind of lights, and do you have a few pics? Answer these and I'll see if I could help in anyway

It's an important question lol my girlfriends kid like to put fruit juice in my tank because he thought the fishes looked like they wanted some I couldn't figure out why my tank went from perfect to a cloudy and green hair algae infested tank until after I had seen him doing it. It was funny

120gal with 20gal sump (about 100 gal after sand and stuff was added), it is live rock and sand, tank had been established but fish and coral have only been in for about 3 or 4 months, no kids, we have aquatic life T5 lights with LED moon lighting. I am at work for another 7 hours, but I will post pix later for you guys. We feed phyto feast daily (small amount) oyster feat daily (same), mysis feast twice a week for my copper band, sea weed on a clip 4 times a week for tangs, pellets once a week for tangs, and different frozen cubes (we mix it up) one cube a week for my nems and fish

+1 on overfeeding. Start feeding rods food reef complete formula instead. It has EVERYTHING in it. Reduce feedings to 2 times per week and only what the fish eat in 2 minutes.

Ya I have to agree I think you are over feeding you should drop back your feeding to once every other day and reduce the amount your are feeding

Reduce your feedings to about 1/3 of what you're currently doing.
