I have my plumbing basically done but I need to know what brackets do you guys use to hold up your plumbing?

Right now the pump is hard plumbed just to hold up the manifold I'm going to put a hose to isolate the pump from the plumbing

the manifold is my main concern

Any ideas will be helpful and pics too. I was just trying to avoid the galvanized steel and copper ones that homedepot had in stock.

I will need to do a leak test and I hope it all goes well. Thanks aI would suggest drilling as high as possible safely. I wouldn't drill anything less than 3 inches especially on a rimless, only because when you're plumbing and fitting pipes that 3 inch clearance will help with any tugging or pulling on pipping preventing you from breaking the glass. Also some lock line will allow you to place the nozzle above the water once it's below your drains. Definitely get a check valve there is a better chance of it working than failing and lastly design your sump to handle at least 1/3 to half your tanks water volume. I have a drilled 40 gallon breeder, a drilled 2 gallon pico vase and a drilled split down the middle 20 gallon high and they are all designed a bit different. however, all three run check valves and my pico and 40b have been through power outages with not a single drop of water on my wooden floors. Check them out on my youtube channel and instagram @budgetaquatics gain.
Looks great

It looks very nice. I'm plumbing mine right now. After looking at yours now I'm wondering if I'm missing something. I never plumbed one or know anyone in the hobby close to me that can give pointers or what I should take into consideration when plumbing one. I will be studying the pics you posted. Thanks for sharing!

I basically added a manifold off of the 1" and tied it to my 3/4" emergency drain ( it upsizes to 1.25 ) and i have a uv on my drain (most people do it on their return)

Give it a shot, there is no one way to do it, it all depends on how you want it to function.

Yup use reef to reef to get your ideas and take your time and plan it out as best you can. Then change it as you have to
