I'm sorry, I know nothing about Inovative Marine and the specific pump. However, have you tried taking it apart and cleaning it?

Are you trying it submerged? I believe they have a internal float switch that prevents them from running if your sump runs dry.

I know nothing about the pump, but if its a low voltage issue then it could be the driver, you can try and ramp up the pump to see if it will send more than 12 volts to pump to get it going.

You didn't by any chance mix up power adapters with something else?
Not much out there on this pump.
I do this often with my return pump and ATO power supplies since i routinely unplug them and the connections are the same size mounted right next to eachother. Neither equipment works when they get swapped by accident.
+1 Verify power supplies and nomenclature with what voltage it should be supplying.

Under Voltage Protection - Perhaps the power supply is bad.

Check the pump. Remove impeller and assure there is no obstructions, foreign matter than may be causing current issue
