I ordered some new fish but need help prepping! noobie stuff

I have an IM 50 EXT with 2 clownfish, 1 royal gramma, 1 neon goby, and a yellow watchman goby.
I ordered a carpenter wrasse, 3 yellow striped cardinalfish, and a tail spot blenny from dr.reef that should be ready in a week or 2.

I have some concerns though. .

The royal gramma is the only fish that really gets around the tank. I see her following the clowns around and mouthing off at them quite often. No fish have damaged fins or anything but I think the clownfish spend most the day just siting under this arch to hide. Especially today.

I was worried they were getting sick but I see nothing. There food response was weak but it was there. I have been home the last 4 days and feeding a lot. I figure me being present so much is making them nervous. I work 10 hours shifts so I am out of the house for 11ish hours 4 days straight.




So I think things could be better.

I think my rockwork could be improved. At the start of the first video you can see how under the center arch you can see straight to the left side glass. I believe more rocks there/ build it up a lot higher/farther back will help. I worry about interrupting flow around the back.

Also, on the right side of the tank, that pile of rocks might be just too small/loosely packed to be comfortable for fish so I'm considering a large rock or something and making the pile denser.

Another thing I am considering heavily is just removing the gramma. I'll make a post in my local group and give her away to someone with a bigger tank. I think she just has a big head and needs a big tank. These 5 fish should be fine in a 50 gallon...

Do you have a picture of this royal gramma with White lighting? It could be a royal dottyback which is alot more aggressive than the standard RG.

Also is flow pretty high? Clownfish cant handle alot of current.

I Just googled royal dottyback and wow they look similar.
Mine has those wierd pelvic fins though

I don't think flow is that high. I have a couple videos of my torch and hammer here. I don't keep difficult acro or other high flow corals.




Perhaps it is just my clowns reallly like it down there. I see videos of other peoples aquariums and their clowns look to get around a lot more.

I have had these guys for about 3 years but they always were in small(er) aquariums.

Clowns are odd sometimes. The other fish addition should help. It's rare for a gramma to be aggressive

I am considering a LifeRock Large Shelf Rock to place under the entire left side rock structure. I'd break it in half to fit right. It would add a huge area underneath it that would be a bunch of caves. Then the area above it is covered in rocks and makes a bunch of nooks and crannies.

I'm thinking the red circled rocks on top of the new shelf rock.






Can adding a lot of Carib sea Liferock this late with corals cause problems?

Edit in: I should mention I was just looking at the piece at a Local fish store. It looks great but it is $120..
