Thats an awesome job! Maybe I could do one someday that will stay together ❤

It was pretty easy. I used super glue from the Dollar Store. Super Glue Gel and bought the Insta set super glue accelerator. It bonds the 2 pieces of rock in seconds so you can easily move on to the next piece. Once done about a week later I used some E-Marco mortar on the joints. It's solid. I can pick up one of the branching out pieces and it does not snap off.

Yes I forgot about the instant set stuff! I was saying I need that the other day with a passion lol. Thanks for the advice and reminder

I did one piece at a time. Took me about 3 weeks to finish it. Wasn't in a rush :)

Yep!

Pics of when I was making it:

Yea Marco is impressive, I used it on my last build. I have used other brands and the stuff people use from HD but Marco is far superior. I hope it last longer too some of the other stuff after a few years starts to crumble. It is that extra additive that makes it stronger. I had some of the additive left and used it with another brand and it makes a difference. I do not think any other brand could hold the weight of one of the arms of your aquascape which is impressive. Yours makes me want to redo mine. I just do not have that kind of time and it would have to be done real slow. That would have to cure fully before adding another piece. Very impressed.

Mine is going through the ugly phase right now. Actually worse than the picture but I think I just turned the corner.

Having a tall tank and wanting a very natural look, I did a tiered aquascape. I used my live rock as a retaining wall to hold sand at different levels. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but I like it.

I moved my tank here to my new home two years ago. To do that I had to break all my corals off the rock because the tank was in my last house for 40 years. I put everything in vats for the move and this is before I glued most of the corals back to the rocks. Of course some of the more brittle corals were reduced to tiny pieces.

It looks like this today.
