Suspected area near spot. Should I take out coral and inverts and dose whole tank to avoid outbreak? Or are there any other medications that work and are safe with coral and inverts?

Im not convinced this is ich and may be simple grains of sand as they tend to hang on bottom at times. Ich will move and multiply every 24 hours. Keep an eye on it to see if that does happen over the next day or two. In the mean time, have coppersafe or copper power on hand just in case in addition to hanna copper test kit.

Foxface is pretty resistant to Ich, so there's a fairly good chance that this isn't it.

There's not anything that's proven to treat Ich that is safe to use with coral and inverts.
If it does turn out to be Ich, you'll need to treat all fish, preferably not in the display as it will be tough to remove all traces of copper after treatment is complete.
