Ich on tomato clown?

Hi, new to saltwater keeping and got this new tomato clown from a pet store. It has one tiny white dot and they said it was just sand but for about a month he is just starting to look ragged. Unsure if this is ich but would love to treat it to prevent any further suffering. Please help!
