Please help me diagnose my fish

I have been having some issues regarding the flame angelfish, there were some unidentifiable white spots all over him which i assumed to be ich, it hadn't been spreading to anyone else at the time and he was still energetic and eating like a champ. I was running UV and adding vitamins/garlic/ginger to the food to boost everyones immune system until I figured out what/how to treat those spots. (would also like to note they never really fell off) Today i went down to my fish room and found my black clown with spots all over him, but different looking spots than my angel. I'm not sure what route to take, or what disease I should even be treating for. (copper is a nono for me as my flame cannot handle it) Any help would be greatly appreciated ! (i made a post that didnt get uploaded so this is my 2nd post regarding this)

This is marine ich, Cryptocaryon.

Your flame angel can handle copper power or coppersafe, just not ionic copper.

Another option would be hyposalinity. Here is a post about that:
