I have had three of these on my live rock since I put them in my tank about three months ago. Any idea what this is?

looks like aiptasia..if the tenticles grow longer than more likely it is

I have anothe one with longer tentacles. Going to remove that one. Recommend removing this one? Was hoping it might be an anemone.

Take the rock out of the tank and use a chisel to cut out an area around the thing. If you cut it in tank it could spread.

You can use AptasiaX

Majanos are easier to kill than Aiptasia are. Use a kalkwasser paste, or Aiptasia X or the other remedies, like inject with lemon juice or vinegar, or real hot water.

Or keep it? Some Majanos are beautiful. Keep the beautiful ones and kill off other if numbers increase. It depends on what kind of tank you have.

They don't spread real fast like Aiptasia do and are easier to eradicate.
