Can someone help me id this plz? There are several of them popping up on my Rock work. The little white patch of whatever it is under my zoo.

Have the exact same ones in my tank. Once one started spreading into a zoa. Zoa was staying closed and sponge was taking over. Got out the tweezers and picked off the sponge. Zoa's came right back. So, I leave the sponges come and go as I think it's cool that it's even there and I just pluck them if they get to close to anything
