This is ich in lieu of brook and fish will have to be treated with coppersafe at 2.25 ppm for a full 30 days and monitored with Hanna brand copper test kit. (do not interrupt this 30 day period). Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.
The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off and with occupants exposed, they too should go into quarantine
A quarantine tank can be as simple as a tank from a second hand store or a starter kit from Walmart which most of the needed essentials.

All right, I already have a QT tank, just need to set it up. I also do not have coppersafe or copper test kit. Would Ruby Rally Pro help at all at this point as its only stuff I have on hand ?

That will make ich treatment tougher. You can use hyposalinity though:

Yes qt tank is setup. Just need to find some copper power. Seems Amazon carries it. My other fish are going to be treated. Tank will be left fallow for the 6-8 weeks

Update been running QT on the fish for 4 days, male clownfish passed when I was out this morning. Woke up this morning all fish were swimming and looked normal. Come back after 2 hours male clownfish passed in front corner. Not to sure if it was ich that got to him or any other parameter. Tested copper at 2.01 PPM at 77 F Seachem ammonia badge is yellow, I did test ammonia also with Hanna checker it was 0.43 and PH test if 8 PPM with Salfiert kit, checked toxic ammonia NH3 0.43 x (5.4/100) = 0.023 PPM, I have been adding Prime and Seachem Stability. I also have been doing 2 gallon water changes. So I don't think it was ammonia toxicity as gills are not red

Red gills are normal, pink or white gills are abnormal. The color is not an indicator of ammonia toxicity. Brown gills in FW fish indicates nitrite toxicity though.

0.43 ppm n ammonia at a pH above 8 is going to cause issues. Prime is just not a good choice for mitigating that. Amquel works better.

Still, it may be that the ammonia isn’t the primary issue. Can you post a clear video of the remaining fish?

Sorry for late response but the female clownfish in QT also passed this morning or anytime after 2 am. Only fish remaining is a Pgmy Rooster waspfish which is in a observation tank as to my knowledge they cannot be treated with copper.I added photo of the fish but only thing I knew it add when it was alive was white dots on the upper back where the orange was. Also this my first time dealing with marine ich and treating with copper Is this user error on my part in terms of using copper or is it a low recovery chance, I added them at 1.5 PPM and upped to 2.01 PPM. Not to sure how I could of prevented this as timeline of this all doesn't make sense as I do put fish in a observation for 14 days before adding them to a tank. I have a 75 gallon as well and do the 14 days observation with no issues, for this 25 gallon the Valintini puffer and clownfish were together for 6 months and the waspfish has no signs of sickness and didn't see anything till he was in the tank for a month after the fact. I guess at this point I will wait the 6-8 weeks fallow and restart this tank.

Waspfish can be treated with coppersafe/copper power at 2.25 ppm, but the hyposalinity I mentioned also works. Seeing ich on scorpionfish can be pretty difficult. I think it needs to be treated as well....
