ID this algae

Hi my tank s two months old and having crazy algae all over my rocks ..

Is it hair algae or Chrysophytes?
It grows overnight

No3 1ppm
Po4 0

But I’m pretty new to this hobby and am no where near knowledgeable...I had a bad algae problem so I did a ton of research everywhere I could and saw this in a few threads..

I vote cyanobacteria.
