Not the best pictures but there is something growing with this polyp.
What is the reddish leafy thing on the back of it?
 
That's the same junk that I'm dealing with. I thought it was cyano but now I'm not so sure. Maybe dinos???
What are your parameters??

Does your "leaf" look like this on my Xennia? Sort of flowy? Mine started as one little spot... then it went everywhere.

Definitely what you circled in my picture. Not really snot like though. Literally tree like and growing fast!
 
Definitely looks like some sort of algea but it's hard to tell with the pics :(
